Tech was so thorough!
They do exactly what I want, they get rid of bugs, that's a yes in my book
I received a bill for $195 in the mail. I've never used this service. I don't want to use this service. When I called the 800 number I was told that they had to email the office to "cancel my account". When I asked when my service was done they told me Sept 18. I was home that day. No one came to my home and I had no paperwork that a service was done. I find this very suspect.

John arrived early and informed me I had a hornets nest not a wasp nest. He did an excellent job of taking care it just the same. Quick, professional and no more worries for me.
