Very kind and polite and professional
Ken does a fantastic job with my house. He's very flexible with times. It's to the point, in and out which I like. Service is always effective. Could not recommend more!
My only complaint is that you aren't notified more than two days prior to the service. In my past experience I was notified weeks in advance with a reminder a week prior.
