Don’t BELIEVE these reviews or TRUST the guy who claim to be the owner ! he scammed me and my insurance company and currently the business is under fraud investigation , he over $9k from my insurance and didn’t even replace the part he was supposed to change and didn’t repair my car the way he got paid for ! He is one of the special one do not let him fool you he will destroy your car and think he can get away with it , at-least not this time ! Othneal Autobody was very professional from the first time I called them to drop the car off , all the way to the time at pickup. They kept me informed! And were very precise in the estimate even before I dropped off the car! The owner has a lot of integrity and goes beyond the customer service! I highly recommend his service !

Don’t trust this guy he scam you and your insurance company and currently under fraud investigation , he toke $9000 from my insurance and didn’t even replace the part ! DO NOT TRUS THIS GUY ! He will destroy your car and leave you with no other option but taking him to court !
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS this place charged my insurance almost 9k for my auto repair and he didn’t even fix my car the way my insurance told him to do , he put all my old parts together and Mickey Mouse my wife’s BMW , I’ll toke my car united BMW for the service after they said nothing was replaced as it was ordered and paid by insurance , when I contact the owner ONEAL he said I couldn’t order part cause my bank account was on hold by IRS and he couldn’t order new part due to not having a business account !!!!
