Dishonest, and bad, slow communication, wasted more than a month of my life.
I had a rear bumper repair done by Othneal and it was a great experience. Between Grace in the front office who was always so friendly and professional to the great work that was completed on my car, I couldn’t be happier. I received prompt updates via text with every update status change. Anyways I am a happy camper and my car looks amazing. Thanks!
