Have gotten a bunch of components from these guys over the years - laptop batteries, ram, desktop ram, hard drive adapters, enclosures and bus powered external drives. They’ve always shipped quickly and the parts definitely perform and are great quality

I purchased a Mac Pro for $4,333.50. Had an issue with the monitor from day 1 and had to send it back. Also had an issue with the memory failing. Problem was recognized only 2 weeks after I received the computer. I called, they said to remove the RAM and use a pencil eraser to renew the conductors. Since this first call, I must have completed this task 25 ties (not thinking I should call back just to be told that I needed to use a pencil eraser on my RAM again) and took two trips to the apple store. I placed an order with OWC and tried to cancel it shortly after, but it was still shipped out. They claim to have an easy process to cancel or return items, but in reality, it is impossible to do so on their site. I returned the item unopened and expected a full refund based on their return policy. Instead, I was not refunded the shipping costs, and a restocking fee was deducted. I've been buying from OWC since the early 2000's. My 2018 Warehouse Computer died. It happens. On Wednesday I Found a used replacement Mac Mini on OWC that stated "In Stock, Ships Same Day" I ordered it and a Thunderbolt cable to go with and paid extra $73 for FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. Shipping from Ohio to Tennessee. I had purchased an external drive from OWC a while ago. I decided to add a 2nd external drive and was trying to hookup the OWC external drive I had been using with an adapter the Apple Store sold me. I couldn't get it to work. Apple support didn't know why it wouldn't work. So I called OWC for help, as that is where I was going to buy the 2nd external drive. In the past, OWC was outstanding.
