I have been dealing with The Other Guys for 20+ years. I have had them do several stereos and remote starts. I don't go overboard but I do like a nice stereo you simply can not get from the factory. They have always been totally professional and done excellent clean installs for me. I have referred many people to them who have always been happy. The Other Guys did a poor job putting a remote starter on my car. It makes my alarm go off one minute after I start it. I was told by another place that installs remote starters, they used a wrong part that has to be ordered. If I had it to do over I would have let ABC Warehouse do it. ABC said I would have to wait for the part, I didn't want to wait and The Other Guys said they had the parts, which obviously was not true. They didn't know what they were doing, or didn't care..
