Wonderful store with amazing customer service -- when I had to fly last-minute with my cat for the first time due to a family emergency and had zero supplies for it, they were able to come through for me with everything I needed when larger not-local stores didn't have the right sizes or materials in stock. They also went WAY above and beyond answering questions via text and phone, measuring dimensions, sending photos, etc, so I could find what I needed ASAP. Everyone should shop here.
My dog Woody loves to walk me to his favorite store. They offer high quality products, and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly enjoy what they do. They always greet Woody by name and kindly provide him samples.

I was told about “Other end of the Leash” in Durham from a friend of mine. I wanted someone knowledgeable yet very personable and were just as passionate as getting to know my two Toy Chihuahuas. I could never bring my girls in any pet friendly business as they are yappers and skiddish. Diane and LeAnn not only found the perfect meal for my girls they loved to get on their beautiful wood floors and made a wonderful bond and comforting environment.
