I used OTH for a shipment from NL to US for 2 vehicles. I had a good experience from start to finish. The company is family run and they worked hard to give me all the data I requested and even gave me customs broker data and advised me what to do to ensure I knew my required steps. Im shocked to see some of these reviews because I had a great experience. They responded quickly and walked me through everything and my vehicles arrived in good condition. Id recommend them to others.
I would give 0 stars out of 5 if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The folks within OTH are rude, unprofessional, and inefficient. I was going to post a huge long review with our absolutely horrendous experience. But all this just to say do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. We had issues from the start. They do not respond quickly and are unorganized when they do.
