The coaches, members and music create such a great atmosphere. It's the kind of energy and the progress monitors-they keep me motivated & help me stay accountable
I’ve been coming to this studio for a few years and figured I should give it a shout out. Anywhere you choose to go 2+ times a week for multiple years is doing something right. The studio, amenities, location and trainers are great. People are kind a respectful here - it’s a nice community to belong to. Highly recommend!

OTF is the best workout in the world! The coaches are so encouraging and attentive. I have lost 80 pounds and thanks to OTF- I haven’t lost muscle! The workouts are so much fun and never boring!
Best one hour class out there! You get it all done in one hour - tailored to your liking, level and goals! I love the amenities also- they really think of everything you will need to have a productive and enjoyable workout. Friendly, safe and motivating- has been instrumental in my muscle gaining efforts the past two years!
