I joined in November to keep fit as I hit 70. I was sold on the place immediately because the staff have been friendly, welcoming and supportive in every way. They take care of their clients in a proactive way. It's also got a nice positive vibe. If your are looking to keep healthy, I recommend it. I go three times a week, and it actually feels like its working.

I love this OTF studio in Encinitas! The group at the front desk always make me feel so welcome and the coaches are motivating and friendly, my favorite coach is Will! I especially love the facilities too !

HOLY CRAP! That was such a fun workout. I loved the high paced, music, quick switching, just TELL ME what to do vibe. This took al the guess work out of working out. I LOVE IT! So addicting. I will definitely be back!

i have been going to otf for 8 years now. i have not found a better group fitness class. its meant for all levels (ive seen a 17 year old in there to a 80 year old). high energy and such good vibes. i love how they know your name and feels like a family. i also love the new strength 50 class and tread 50 class where you can focus on weights or treadmill only depending on your goals. i’ve never been as fit as i have when i workout here. 100/10 would recommend!!!
