Best one hour class out there! You get it all done in one hour - tailored to your liking, level and goals! I love the amenities also- they really think of everything you will need to have a productive and enjoyable workout. Friendly, safe and motivating- has been instrumental in my muscle gaining efforts the past two years!
I absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness Encinitas! The manager, Nicole, and the front desk team are always so friendly and welcoming — they make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Every coach here is amazing and brings great energy to each class. I kicked it at this OrangeTheory for ~3 weeks while staying nearby in Leucadia. The folks working here are truly lovely and made my visit feel warm and homey. Nicole working the desk is a sweetheart, and I trained most often with William who gave me some helpful pointers on form and nudged me to set and meet some goals. OrangeTheory workouts kick my ass in the best way, and I was bummed to have to leave this spot. I'd happily recommend this OTF studio to other people.
I joined in November to keep fit as I hit 70. I was sold on the place immediately because the staff have been friendly, welcoming and supportive in every way. They take care of their clients in a proactive way. It's also got a nice positive vibe. If your are looking to keep healthy, I recommend it. I go three times a week, and it actually feels like its working.
I love this OTF studio in Encinitas! The group at the front desk always make me feel so welcome and the coaches are motivating and friendly, my favorite coach is Will! I especially love the facilities too !
