Otero and Sons requires a 250.00 non refundable appointment scheduling fee, I understand why. They frustrate customers by not showing up on appointments set by Otero. Otero rescheduled us three time and did not call us, we had to call and ask why they didn't show up!! They simply don't care about the customer. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone else.
Otero & Sons Roofing does not honor their appointments. I tried twice to do business with this company and both time they never showed up. I will never recommend this company.
Worst business that I have ever worked with. They did a poor quality job and would not complete the work that they agreed to. Never once did they keep in communication with me on the status of the job. Avoid this company to save yourself from stress, hassle and frustration. You might need also need to get the BBB involved.
