Took my friend to pick up her car (third time for same problem) and come to find out, the receptionist guy had told Otero that she wanted the fuel pump changed when she only told the receptionist that her neighbor thought that the car was shutting off due to the fuel pump. He would not let her speak to Otero herself. IOtero said that they did not run any type of diagnostics on the car that the receptionist guy told him that’s what she wanted.
