Ed and his crew did a superb job installing a large outdoor deck. The flooring is a beautiful hardwood called ipe. It is challenging to work with, but the Otero team handled if perfectly, including using an invisible fastener system so that there are no visible nails or screws. Visitors are always super impressed by the beauty of the deck!
Oteri Construction was big enough to handle a total gut renovation of our original mid century condo in a city high rise, but small enough to provide personal service. They really care! And are super nice too!
