Otech staff's came in, took a look at the issue, and came back with a quote for service shortly after. They fixed the issue quickly and the final cost was exactly the quote. Very professional and knowledgeable, we will definitely call again for any future needs! We highly recommend Otech llc.

I am very pleased with the service that I receive from Otech Plumbing , Heating & Air. They are on-time and very professional. Jeff is very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, and provides me with options with the cost of the options. He explaines everything that he is doing. Jeff is very patient with my numerous questions and concerns and makes me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Jeff and Otech.

I have used Otech Plumbing a few times prior and have had nothing but great experiences. Jeff continued that trend and was very professional and courteous. He walked me through the work that was needed to be done to replace my exterior hose spicket and he performed the work very efficiently. Before he left my home, he reviewed the completed work with me. I highly recommend Otech HVAC.
