Gave details to repair a reverse cycle air con under warranty, then didn’t hear back. Unreliable
Got a dometic fridge problem, had one circuit board replaced and wasn't the problem , now can't get em to look into what is the problem and haven't returned my texts or calls, $600 for nothing , I did my research and fixed it myself so I'll use someone reliable now
