Very professional and straightforward. They set clear, honest expectations from the start, which is exactly what you want in legal representation. While there are a few negative reviews, they appear to stem from individuals unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. OTD did a great job. They were very professional, and would put everything in writing and would email me everything that I needed to know.
