Service was excellent. I was able to get in right away and price was excellent compared to area prices. He explained that due to the type of crack it wouldn’t be possible to fully fix, the size is still dramatically smaller. Would recommend and return for future business.

While many businesses claim to be customer service focused, OTB, has built a brand on that simple premise. From the first phone call the experience has been amazing. Friendly and professional staff, beyond competitive pricing and a convenient and timely appointment time topped off this experience. The idea of getting what you pay for isn’t appropriate at OTB, the service and quality is well beyond what you pay for!! This should definitely be your go to stop for windshield repair and replacement.
Evan at OTB is a champ! Very knowledgeable; professional and was quick to replace my windshield! Definitely will head back if I have the need for a windshield again!
