I tried to inquire about availability and they are full, which is very understandable. I tried to ask a basic question about when things might be more available or if I can call back, and was just told, “no, we’re full.” I’m guessing that 1) they are full, and 2) if they do become less full, they really don’t care about trying to bring in future customers or provide service.
