Excellent service center
Zero star rating. Honestly, really bad experience. The service was poor and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Communication was also not great , no proper explanation, nothing clear. On top of that, they charge way too much. Once they got the money, suddenly they started saying the car needs this part and that part. It just felt like they were trying to add more stuff to make more money. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Better to go somewhere else.
I had a great experience at Otahuhu Vehicle Testing Station. The entire process was very systematic and professionally handled. The mechanics worked in an organized and efficient manner, carefully checking every detail of the vehicle.
I visited this testing station for my car wof and service on a friend's recommendation. The staff and owners were very nice and pleasent to work with. The staff exactly understood the issues I was having with the vehicle and remedied it effectively. The whole wof and service was completed in just over 30 minutes which was a pleasent surprise for me as I had to wait more than an hour elsewhere everytime I took the car for service and wof.
