We recently purchased a brand-new Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair, but after only 6 weeks, we are experiencing numerous problems. The foot roller, calf air massage, and foot stretching mechanisms are all non-functional. The right-side armrest air massager is unresponsive, and the monitor screen freezes intermittently.
