OT Performance is an amazing place to train! The workouts are always fun, challenging, and varied, with a great mix of speed, agility, and strength training. The coaches provide helpful feedback to improve your technique and create a motivating, supportive environment. I always enjoy coming to OT and have seen great improvements. I highly recommend it to any athlete looking to get faster and stronger!
I had a great experience training with Darnell and his team. I started personal training postpartum while recovering from an injury, and Darnell was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the process. My kids loved
I started working with Wesley after my meniscus surgery because I heard he specializes in ACL and knee injuries. The difference he has been able to make in my recovery has been night and day. Having someone like Wesley and the OT Team behind you, guiding your recovery, is truly a blessing.
