Our experience with OT Bay Builders in Ladera Ranch was smooth, even when we encountered a couple of small surprises in the walls. Tom and Avi were calm, professional, and solution-focused. Breanna handled the rescheduling and subcontractor coordination quickly, and Leslie helped us make some great last-minute design choices. The end result is a fully remodeled kitchen that feels like it belongs in a model home. It’s beautiful, functional, and totally us. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.
