Me and my husband leased a truck through them and their maintenance team made a mistake that costed us almost 30k to fix the truck and when we refused to pay it cause it’s their mistake!! they took the truck back under their name without giving us the 20k down payment we paid or any other payment we paid after!! Horrible service and they charge u crazy money without even fixing the truck!!!
My issue is that i leased a semi truck from UGL through a company name al-amin express inc in IL the truck price was 82000$ total i paid 20000$ down payment and was financing the rest which is 62000$ i already paid 22000$ of its price so 40000$ left on it but last week the truck needed parked regeneration means need to stop asap and do it but the company dispatchers and maintenance team told the drivers to keep driving to deliver the load ( because Amazon is biggest customer we have, What can we do if we lose amazon) and ign... read more
