When it comes to helping in a time of distress this company is top of the ladder. They are honest, helpful, positive and most of all understanding. I do realize that this company has some poor reviews but I can't help but think it's more the negative attitudes of the ones giving the review. Keep up the great work you folks do. You are the reason for community enjoyment! Two thumbs up
I've been using this company the past several years for my commercial property. For the most part, the only dealings I've had with this company is Heartland (sp?) in the billing department. She is super nice, personable, and provides excellent customer service. OCMI you should make sure she stays around a long time, that type of customer service is hard to come by nowadays! Thank you!
