i dont know where to start! I never leave reviews but this one, this one just blew my mind on how TERRIBLE & DISHONEST people can be! My younger brother had previously filed for bankruptcy a couple years back so when i was looking for a bankruptcy place I had asked him for recommendations & was asking how the place was that he went had went to. I can't thank Rob at Poundstone Scotten enough for how he handled my husband’s dog bite case. When the incident first happened, we were overwhelmed—not just with his medical treatments and recovery, but with the stress of dealing with insurance companies that didn’t seem to care. I was most grateful for the peace of mind Rob provided. From our very first meeting, he was incredibly empathetic. They took the time to listen to how this affected our daily lives and made sure we felt heard and supported.
Seriously, get a new commercial. All the other attorneys take the time and try to stay relevant and interesting with their commercials. You have ran the same EXACT commercial for over 15 years. And, you wear the same outfit in all of your commercials (obviously all filmed at same time). Gives you the image of stale, cheap and irrelevant.
Dont let the commercial fool you, I went in today and was told they would need a minimum of 2500 down in order to file my case. They are about the money not about helping people
