Live and you learn. I hope someone reads these reviews before reaching out to Oswalt law group. This law firm bills you upfront with charges of apparent services rendered. One charge was labeled as an “introduction letter”. After a few months I decided not to continue my services, and management replied saying that if a refund was available it would take 3-4 weeks. Staff are so nice and my lawyer is wonderful.
Honestly I wish I could go back in time and tell myself never to use this law firm I paid them to get my criminal record sealed and get my rights back I paid them over 7 months ago and after not hearing anything from them after awhile I called beginning of June found out the lawyer that was in charge of my case was no longer with the law firm and found out nobody was reassigned to my case they finally reassigned it to a different lawyer and he doesn’t seem to even care told me last lawyer who had my case didn’t even do anyth... read more
