I went to get a tire change and they installed it wrong. they forgot my center hubcap and also stripped my lug nuts. My tire fell off while I was driving and had to call a tow. I went to the shop for a reimbursement for error on their part but they refused and told me to get a lawyer. do not trust these guys and will be following with a suit, this could’ve been bad if i was driving any faster.

Don’t recommend they scammed me with the oil change. A weeks later after going my car was asking for oil change. It hasn’t even hit the mileage its supposed to for the next oil change.

Very unprofessional, quotes the job 3x higher than anyone else without even looking at your car. will tell you it’s ready same day then calls you back right before closing saying your car won’t be ready for another few days. recommend Venezuela auto in plainfield instead.

I went to the shop without an appointment, the mechanics inspected the car and gave me quotes about the parts and labor. I didn't have time to deal with the issue that day, but I will definitely go back to them since they were very knowledgeable and friendly to the customer.
