I found Oswaldo via Thumbtack and he was quick to respond. I needed repairs to my stairwell where my three year old home had begun to settle and I had nails beginning to pop through the drywall and I had an area with the drywall broken at a corner. He was responsive, generous with his time, and patient with all of our questions and changes to the scope of the project. He sheetrocked and plastered our stairwell and several rooms for us.
