My favorite thing about their service is their new program where they text you a link to an online portal. There you find information about the recommended repair along with pictures. You can then decide to accept or decline the repair(s). It makes communication a lot faster and easier. I needed a rather major repair on my Mercedes and thought I would take a stab at doing it myself to save money. Great to work with and easy transaction
To all (my car is my baby I love it more then life itself) brethren 10/10 would recommend these guys worked some voodoo magic after being told by 3 other shops it couldn’t possibly be done Oswald got my car 100% aligned the staff was very friendly and the in town shuttle service was a bonus plus with after hours pickup and drop off it’s super convenient
