Didn't remind me until less than 48 hours prior to appointment then blamed me for not contacting them in time and when explained they said I was "splitting hairs" when pointing out I couldn't have contacted them sooner. Dentist have been lovely previously but this is unacceptable.
I have been with this practice many years, since well before it was St Oswald House Dental Practice. Despite changes of dentists and hygienists over the years, I have complete faith and trust in the teams. Receptionists are really friendly and really help in times of "tooth" trouble, so you get seen as quickly as possible. In my opinion, dental advice is clear, sound with potential treatment clearly explained. I cannot praise the practice highly enough. THANKYOU!
