We contacted Oswald Construction regarding work to be done on the recommendation of Gordon from Parson's Plumbing - we have an addition off our kitchen which has a crawl space and our addition needed extra electric heaters to heat this space. Gordon thought highly of this company. This crawl space had hard & Batt ( pink) Insulation. We contacted Oswald Construction and they started to work on our basement and crawl space. I have used Oswald Construction for four renovations over the years. Ralph Oswald ran a great business! Contracts were thorough and clear. Changes were addressed quickly and with the agreement of both the home owner and the business re the cost and change in the work. And, they did great work, standing behind their product.
