Dr. Torres is very professional, patient, supporting and friendly. He truly cares about his patients,, He does call backs and check ups and sends pending tests, imaging results to portal. His staff is professional, courteous and very efficient and helpful. Pleasant and knowledgeable.
Lovely doctor. I do like him a lot But, English papers and magazines in lobby would be proper. If you have patients that speak English, Spanish and all other languages, please cater to everyone.
Dr Torres is kind, caring and takes his time to listen to your concerns. 5 star treatment with every visit.
Dr Torres office is beyond unprofessional. You have to beg for a referral every time and if you have a diagnostic test scheduled and need a referral and insurance authorization the imaging center will need to call 4-6x and you will still have to call yourself begging for the referral when you are at the facility. They do it every time and are unapologetic. There is no warmth or compassion that comes from this office. If you are needing a primary care physician steer very clear of this office.
