The owners and their management team are who all hospitality business should strive to be like, they are amazing. From booking online or over the phone the process is easy. If you need to contact them via email they answer with in 24 hours if not sooner. They make all of their guests and their requests and requirements at the top of their list. If you’re looking for a pet-friendly, affordable, clean, and well-kept hotel close to the village, O’Sullivans is exactly where you want to stay. We just returned from our fifth visit, and I honestly don’t know how we could stay anywhere else. The staff is always so warm, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you might need, big or small. This is such a beautiful place with great staff! Everyone here is so nice and I had a wonderful stay. It’s also the perfect location to where you can walk to the lake or shop on the strip!
