Having the absolute worst time with this office. I have never met such an awful attorney before in my life. Peter Zacchea Has wasted mine and my clients time for the last week. Our entire deal is about to fall apart because of Peter’s unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism, and terrible communication. Tried to contact an other attorney in the office. We worked with Kevin O'Sullivan in 2019 for a co-op purchase. After the initial meeting he never returned calls or emails, everything went through the paralegal. There were mistakes in the contract that he didn't catch, when i asked him he admitted to never reading it. Don't waste your time.

I worked with Kevin O’Sullivan and Ramea last year when we did a closing on our house. This team goes above and beyond and ensure that the real estate transaction does not fall through. Ramea worked tirelessly to ensure the contractual agreements are properly drawn up. O’Sullivan did a fantastic job representing our interest throughout the entire experience and at closing. Had an amazing experience with ramea ( there paralegal) when purchasing my first home she took her time and made sure everything was in order and answered our question in a professional and dignified manner i did not speak to the lawyer as much but if ramea continues to be at this firm u can be confident ur in good hands highly recommended!!!
