I have no idea how this shop has any stars! I dropped off my old truck in march to have a few things done was promised that it would be ready by April well it’s now end of summer still don’t have it back and communication is the worst I have ever experienced from any company period. Empty promise after empty promise. I have said on a number of occasion I understand it’s not an off the shelf part or solution but just be honest don’t tell me it will be ready in a day or two for months on end if it’s not and I get shit happens ... read more
Unprofessional, unorganized, poor time management ( He had a car for safety for 10days, with 3 times promised to be completed, finally pick up on the 4th) I certainly do not recommend, please look for another mechanic.
