Dr. O’Sullivan is good, I have no complaints and healed up fine. His staff however, is outstanding and instrumental in my recovery. You will never find, and I mean never, find a support staff like Jill and Tara. I am 73 and I worked in a hospital for years. I have never heard of, no seen a support staff like these two ladies. They go above and beyond the call to make sure your needs are met and that you are taken care of, day or night. Jill and Tara, thank you for taking such amazing care of me. You ladies rock!!!
Recently had surgery with the doctor. He is an amazing surgeon, but his bedside banner is awful and his private practice is ran so poorly. It took forever for me to get in to get an appointment. Once I was finally able to see the doctor, he only spent five minutes with me and then the office manager came in and pretended like she knew what she was talking about. I called to make an appointment and I spoke with a person named Tara. Tara was rude, condescending, unprofessional. First of all they call you from a blocked number to make the appointment. Second they call you from their home phone number. I don't know anyone who answers blocked phone numbers because I don't. Then she lectured me about using my voicemail. Each time I tried to explain why I was calling and that I had a doctor's order she interrupted me and lectured me on what a referral is. When I asked her why she was so ru... read more
3 years I've been needing surgery, after a long battle with workers comp it finally came, I was terrified because I'd never had to endure anything like this before, Doctor o'sullivan replaced two discs, gave my nerves room to move freely and in return I had no more numbness or burning or tingling and no back pain..I was up walking as soon as I opened my eyes.
