I called to make an appointment and I spoke with a person named Tara. Tara was rude, condescending, unprofessional. First of all they call you from a blocked number to make the appointment. Second they call you from their home phone number. I don't know anyone who answers blocked phone numbers because I don't. Then she lectured me about using my voicemail. 3 years I've been needing surgery, after a long battle with workers comp it finally came, I was terrified because I'd never had to endure anything like this before, Doctor o'sullivan replaced two discs, gave my nerves room to move freely and in return I had no more numbness or burning or tingling and no back pain..I was up walking as soon as I opened my eyes. Dr. Glen O’Sullivan he’s a kind and caring doctor that I met these last few years. He sits in a room and he talks to you one on one and he asks if you have any questions and if there’s anything else he can do for you. He’s a very compassionate doctor.
