I WOULDN'T REFERRE ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOSPITAL, I WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE MY DOG THERE. I WAS SHUFFLED FROM DOCTOR TO DOCTOR AND TEST TO RETEST, THE SAME ONE'S THEY ALREADY HAD THEY WANTED ME TO REPEAT THEM.
Osu is grossly negligent any medical service they provide sucks
How are you going to be part of the trans clinic and then my partner and I have to spend a whole month going back and forth with your call center because you can't update a prior auth when YOU increased his medications??? Your location should not be part of the trans clinic because the amount of bias from the day we called to set up his first appointment to today where I there's clearly a complete lack of care for his well being, you're awful as a provider. TRANS PEEPS AVOID. Go to Taylor rd location.
