Weak liberal yuppie hipsters. The nurse guy and lady had a chip on their shoulder being passive aggressive and rude. I have very mild sleep apnea and was told by my former doctor I might not even need the machine so I was trying to get cleared for a DOT physical. I think they were racist because she thought I had sleep apnea because I'm Asian. I'm only half Asian. Im also slightly overweight and smoke cigarettes. The staff was phenomenal. They must be understaffed. This will be a 6 months process. It took three months to get the appointment. The first time i brought home the device it didn’t record properly. I am hoping it worked for the second time. However, when I dropped the device off, I asked the attendant at the desk if they could check it just to make sure. She she said she would see if anyone could help. Then I was told they were too busy. There was literally not a single person in the waiting room and they were too busy…..? ... read more

My sleep tech JENN was AMAZING so kind and gentle and reasuring felt like a friend was there with me all night considering my nerves and anxiety going in this was a BIG deal THANK YOU JENN!
