had the worst medical experience of my life here yesterday. went in to receive treatment for a dental abscess and was clearly not given enough local anesthetic. i was obviously in pain during the procedure, but the dental professionals never once stopped to ask me if i was okay or if i needed more anesthetic. i spent 15 minutes feeling them stab, scrape, and squeeze my gums; i left in so much pain and feeling completely traumatized, had a full-blown panic attack for about an hour afterwards. i don't usually post reviews, hon... read more
I was seen by a resident and they were very helpful and kind. However my calls to the reception are never answered and I never get a call back despite leaving voice messages. I totally understand being shortstaffed but going to the clinic in person everytime I have a question is simply very inconvenient. I hope this issue can be resolved to improve patient experience.

Awful. I came in today anxious, laughing gas didn’t help, dr was fast and abrupt and got mad when I was asking questions. When he put the needle in my mouth he was so rough and literally didn’t care that I was in pain.
Julie in reception is a breath of fresh air she was so sweet and made me comfortable. Her and Nicolette made me smile while in pretty bad pain. I'm an ondontaphobic and this ment the world to me as I was panicking inside all day...... Must update they cut out 20 teeth and ground my jaw down. They gave me 6 pain pills and they were like Tylenol 3 or Vicodin they lasted me almost three days and they wouldn't refill and they only gave me 600mg ibuprofen and wouldn't even refill that.
