Amanda Rosenfeld was my dentist assigned to do my full top teeth extraction.SHE WAS HORRIBLE!!When she came to the waiting area to get me as we were walking back she was walking in front of me & didn't say a word to me not "how r u " nothing & was very standoff. I felt her overall body language & attitude as that she didn't want to be there.When she did talk to me I felt like she was talking down to me. I would NOT recommend at all! Faculty referred me to resident! Resident program is total chaos. Lost my medical documentation, x-rays, won’t return phone calls, upper “management” blames retirement, charting, their bosses, former “residents” and even receptionist. In my opinion, they’ve hurt a lot of patients both emotionally and our healthcare. Shame on The Ohio State University. Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. Horrible
I was seen by a resident and they were very helpful and kind.
