Been living at the OSU apartments for a couple of years now, and I love them! The location is super close to my work and very affordable. I love my neighbors. They are so kind, and everyone really respects each other and their space. It's kept up very nicely, and they are very kind to all the tenants! I love it here!

Stayed for one year next to OSU campus and decided to stay for another three years. Really appreciated that my apartment had an updated bathroom, kitchen, and hardwood floors. :)
The location of my apartment is perfect, it’s very close to Ohio State’s medical school. Also, I really like the fact that 7rent doesn’t charge a parking or a trash fee like Northsteppe does!! That’s definitely a plus.
