I have been going here for 6 months and have had nothing but frustration. Whenever you call the office it is an extremely long wait times. The pharmacy will send information back to the doctor and every time I am waiting for my medication, the doctor office says they never received information from the pharmacy or insurance. Amazingly when I make all these phone calls my medication is available. Twice I had to get a pre authorization and have waited 2-3 weeks before I was able to get my medication.
I was pretty pleased with OSU OBGYN so I used OSU endocrinology for my thyroid and diabetic issues. Anytime I call it's always a long wait, and it takes forever to hear back from the doctor about anything. I usually have to call and bother them to get the answers I need. I'm not sure if they're understaffed and overbooked or what, but I really don't feel like I get the individual attention I need. They're all nice enough but I just don't feel like I'm taken seriously.
