I have experienced the worse time at OSU they should tell you when you arrive that people have been waiting in ER for 48hr not wait 4hrs after I have been there that and the are additional 32 before you it's not a place to go for an emergency

Everyone was professional and they really took care of me when I was nervous and couldn't breathe! The nurses are amazing, such a wonderful experience despite my awful diagnosis...Michelle in the er went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, thank you so very much...

I was taken to the emergency for kidney stone pain I was crying outside the lobby sitting in a wheelchair and my turn came after 4 hours cried in the wheelchair. I was like this is a horrible experience for me. And they put a big banner on the bridge between the safe garage and Ross tower saying “ Ohio best hospital hahaha… in Rhodes building, most of the cleaner pumps, IV DVT pumps, are with blood 🩸 be careful to check before they use on you.

I was taken by ambulance to the ER for dehydration and muscle spasms. The EMT’s in the ambulance gave me an IV. Upon arrival at the hospital my IV was taken away and I was put in the lobby for 4 hours without the one thing I went to the hospital to receive. After 4 hours of waiting, I left without receiving any treatment.
