Great facility, staff and physicians. Trusted OSU name.
My onsite visit, I was seen late. My next was a phone appointment at 3:30 to go over my scan, I never received a call. I called an hour after my appointment and was told he would call by six because his clinicals ran late, then called them back at 7 and they were closed. I left a scathing e message on my chart and he calls the next day and said he had a family emergency... So why was I told he was doing clinicals if he had a family emergency? Why did not one of their many people in that office call to tell me he had an emerg... read more
