Best animal clinic I have been to. Very caring, professional team, who has looked after my pug Lily for the past 9 years.
My cat has been a patient here for quite sometime. However there’s been a change in staff at the front desk, a vet tech and a receptionist. I visited this establishment recently and the customer service received from the vet tech was very rude and poor. Vet tech Rachael, wasn’t welcoming at all. Her face was like “😒😐🙄😑😶” no smiles nothing. She acted as if I owe her something. That’s not a face you want as a frontline to greet customers.
