This is my experience... Take it for what it is worth. The capacitor went out on our air conditioner. I could have one delivered from Amazon for $21.00 but it would take two days. I contacted Osmann's to see if I could come pick one up from them... not for them to install it... just come buy it from them. They wanted $183.00. I needed some other stuff in Salt Lake so I stopped at a store in SLC and bought one for $8.00. Came back to Heber and installed it.... A/C is now working great. I know they can ask for what ever amount... read more

Jeremy and team couldn't have been nicer and more patient when installing a new fan connection for our heating system. Our system unfortunately ended up being much more difficult to install this part for than expected, and we had to shut off our furnace for the install. It was getting chilly that night and started snowing heavily, and we were worried about that with a 6mo old infant at home.
