Our furnace and a/c went out, and we were left without heat right before the cold front was coming in, we contacted several people, and Jeremy came out on top for not only price, but also with the speed of service. He put us ahead of some of his other appointments because we have 5 kids to keep warm, and he got us our new super efficient system before the cold hit. I would highly recommend Ostmann Heating and Air Conditioning. They answered the phone right away and had someone out to inspect our furnace within 24 hours. We were without heat, and they worked us into their schedule quickly. The technician diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and had everything repaired within a few days. Top-notch service, and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.

The whole team at Ostmann's is great. They go out of their way to provide great customer service. They kept coming back until they fix the issue with our heater until they got it working with the new thermostat. Jeremy is super nice and so reliable. We love having them as our Heating & Air providers. We highly recommend them.
