Dr. Rittell has been my dr. For many years. I have never had a complaint about my visits with him. He listens and takes my opinion into consideration as well. My refills are always taken care of promptly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rittell and his staff. I hope I never have to change!
Dishonest billing practices. I set up an appointment for a physical, which I verified is covered by my insurance. However they had me come in for a pre-screening before the physical. It was pretty quick and I was out within 15min as I have no medical problems to speak of. I then received a $200 bill because this visit is not part of the physical and essentially Emerald physicians bills as a sick visit. Dr Rittell, is one of the most caring doctor's I know. He takes the time to really listen and doesn't rush me out the door. The entire staff in cotuit are amazing. Thank you for truly caring.
