I have spoke to some very nice customer service reps, but others have been not so great. Specifically, no sense of urgency from 3 reps regarding my empty tank (despite requesting auto-delivery). 4th was kind and made sure I finally got the delivery.
Poor customer service, no sense of urgency regarding empty tank, then continued to fill tank to 2/3 full when delivering.
Completely disorganized and an absolute shambles. I don't know if this is related to their being bought out by SuperiorPlus or not, but at any rate onboarding as a new customer has been an absolute tire-fire of an experience. They failed to notify me that I needed to schedule an inspection appointment. When I did, they didn't show up. They left multiple numbers to call them back at, and whomever was answering one number didn't talk to the other person so a tech wasn't actually dispatched.
