We've had Osterman for our propane for six years. In that time we've constantly had to fight against deliveries to the wrong account, bills to the wrong account, them cancelling our delivery requests with no notice, late deliveries... The list goes on. Even though our tank is labeled with my name they still can't figure it out. The people I've spoken to there are lovely, but the company is entirely dysfunctional (I assume the company's procedures and training are garbage). I've been with this company for about 11 years. There are two women out of the Sunderland office (who I will not name) who are rude, even if you speak kindly to them they have a nasty tone. I’ve been told numerous prices that don’t align. Then when I call a different area I get a better price, same company, and they’re much kinder and able to schedule delivery. I have spoke to some very nice customer service reps, but others have been not so great. Specifically, no sense of urgency from 3 reps regarding my empty tank (despite requesting auto-delivery). 4th was kind and made sure I finally got the delivery.
Poor customer service, no sense of urgency regarding empty tank, then continued to fill tank to 2/3 full when delivering.
