Hi I just wanted to say Osterman in Bridgewater has been so helpful to me!!! Great service!!! They respond fast! Answer all my questions!!! Great customer service!!!! I'm extremely pleased with them and very happy to be a customer!!!
I filled out an application on their website and had propane delivered quickly (Oct. 1st). The delivery person was friendly. I would recommend them.
Website claims to offer "personalized customer service" however when I called 8 days late I was charged an $85 min usage fee. I explained that I just had a baby and I was a little preoccupied and asked if they could remove the fee or use this tank refill to satisfy "last seasons" min usage and I was told by Mary that babies are born everyday and that the fee could not be waived. She said if I cancel my service and have the tank removed they don't see it as "losing a customer" they view it as "gaining back an asset (the tank)... read more
This business is ignoring continues to tell my son who has a 2 year old and a 6 year old they can not deliver propane to him. He contacrted them 5 days ago. We have 2 feet of snow on the ground and he can not get heat for his family. Disgraceful. Other companies contacted won't come out because it is Osterman's. Really? Turf protection over childrens safety?
