Ordered propane over 2 weeks ago and paid upfront. We live less then five minutes from their adams location and still no propane delivery. We were told it was out for delivery last Friday but they never showed. If they don't keep their promise to deliver tomorrow then I cannot cook for my family. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have used this company for years and I could not be more satisfied. Brenda and Lisa are always there going above and beyond to make sure everybody is comfortable safe. They're more than thoughtful. They make you feel like family. Thank you for all you do. This is an updated review. I'm still extremely happy with the service I get. Lisa is always super helpful. She genuinely cares and it shows. Worst propane company in this area. Zero stars is not allowed, but is more like it!! Being a regular customer, I got a fill up Nov 2020 and it was $5:50 per gallon??!! I was told that's the price for 165 gallons usage per year (hot water only). Really??? I called H.L. Fuel the exact same day and was told $2.85 per gallon for 165 gallon usage per year, if I was a regular customer. I hired/scheduled H.L. Fuel for Jan 7. 2021, who gave me a $1.95 per gallon entry fill up price. On Jan 8 I called Osterman to remove their tank. I... read more
