Would give them a 0 star if I could. Not reliable, don't deliver when they say they will. Stayed with them for 20 + years, I'm not sure why ! Service has gotten worse and worse. Prices are REDICULOUS compared to other companies. Be warned, I have NEVER left a negative review in my life, a first for me.
Do not use this company! I received a propane delivery and immediately smelt a very strong odor after my tank was filled up. I contacted the company right away to explain what was going on and was assured they would send a tech out right away to check on the problem. That was probably the only good part about this experience. Driver destroyed my driveway and offices ignore my calls. No accountability for their actions. Beware of any company that refuses any accountability!
I have been a customer for a very long time. I called this morning cause I was concerned I just had a deliver this morning and the tank read 0. My major anxiety freaked out get my butt out of the house and called right away. I did not smell any gas but freaked anyway. They called me right away and let me know my gauge is broken they did fill it and will be back Monday. To check thr gauge for me. Great job and Thank you
