I wish I got the name of the saleswoman because she was awful. We ordered new rings online, my ring was beautiful, but my husbands wasn't as impressive as the picture. We went in, not knowing if we wanted to just get the ring resized or a new ring and explained that to the woman. My husband really liked one ring, but it was over budget. And I told her this. Closed store without notifying customers and half the time even when it was open the computer never stayed updated and they couldn’t keep a jeweler. We took our rings in very 6 months so we could keep the lifetime warranty and half the time they would claim it hadn’t been in their store in over a year so I’d have to get the paperwork and prove to them if any stones was missing. Just all around a bad experience but the first few years we had no problems but in the end it was nothing but problem after problem.

Been coming here for many years. I refuse to buy jewelry from anyone else. They treat you like family... customer service in store and over the phone is the best.
