Dr Mary Osterlund as in the medical director for unicare health plan of WV, Inc. is extremely RUDE and judgemental. She pays attention to things that are irrelevant to the situation like being a RECOVERING.... drug addict, she doesn't acknowledge the recovering part unfortunately...
