It's honestly hard to imagine peaple give it less than 5 stars. Love the place.
We had a reservation for 8 on Saturday. We sat on the rooftop, which was gorgeous. The service was amazing, the staff were so attentive and kind. The cocktails were incredibly delicious, and gorgeous. The fried calamari was the best we have had in the area. It was not greasy at all, and it was seasoned wonderfully. My favorite restaurant in Auburn. Had a seat at the bar on a busy Saturday night and had a wonderful time. Juan Carlos was the only bartender mixing drinks for the whole restaurant but you'd never notice with how friendly he is and how fast you get your drinks. Food is excellent. Had fresh oysters and perfectly executed frutti di mare. My only disappointment was that I didn't order a pizza. They looked phenomenal coming out of the wood fired oven at the end of the bar. I discovered this restuarant during my visit to Auburn in April, it's approx 1 hour from my home. My wife and I have now been there 5 times due to the delicious Italian food. I have been to Italy many times (worked in Milan for 1 yr) and this restuarant reminds me of being in Italy.
We were seated on a tiny round table. The waiter came with water. I asked for soda water...he poured water any way. No room for 6 glasses water, wine, and soda! A bread basket and our food! The table was too small. When I ordered my dish I requested a cream sauce. He brought a fettuccine drench in Cambel's condensed tomato soup sauce. So watery it splattered on my blouse.
